All equipment sold by Tiller Equipment includes the full manufacturer's warranty.

We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. Your warranty is valid and backed by the manufacturer.

Warranty Coverage

Every piece of equipment we sell is factory-new and comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Coverage varies by brand and product type:

What's NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear (blades, belts, bearings, tines, etc.)
Damage from misuse, overloading, or improper operation
Damage from accidents, weather, or negligence
Modifications or alterations made after purchase
Failure to perform recommended maintenance
Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact us first — Call (888) 341-7800 or email team@tillerequipment.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide documentation — Photos or video of the defect, your order confirmation, and the warranty card (if applicable).
We coordinate with the manufacturer — We'll contact the manufacturer on your behalf and facilitate the claim process.
Resolution — Depending on the manufacturer's determination, the resolution may include repair, replacement parts, or full replacement of the unit.

Warranty Service Location

Most warranty claims are handled by shipping replacement parts directly to you. In some cases, the manufacturer may require the equipment to be sent to an authorized service center. We'll work with you to find the most convenient solution.
