FREE FREIGHT SHIPPING on orders over $2,500

Applies to all orders shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. All equipment ships from our facility in Utah via commercial freight carriers. We do not currently offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. Contact us for special arrangements — additional charges will apply.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • In-stock items: Ship within 3–7 business days of order placement
  • Freight transit time: 5–14 business days depending on destination
  • Special order items: 2–6 weeks (we'll confirm timeline before charging)

Total delivery time for most in-stock orders: 1–3 weeks from order to doorstep.

How Freight Delivery Works

  1. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.
  2. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment (typically a 4-hour window).
  3. Delivery is curbside — to the end of your driveway or nearest truck-accessible point.
  4. You are responsible for unloading equipment from the delivery truck. Have a tractor, forklift, or skid steer available.
  5. Inspect equipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.

Delivery Inspection

IMPORTANT: Inspect before signing.

When your equipment arrives, inspect it carefully for any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt
  2. Take clear photos of all damage
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at (888) 341-7800

Liftgate Service

If you do not have the ability to unload heavy equipment, liftgate service may be available for an additional fee. This must be requested at the time of order. Note that liftgate service has weight limitations (typically under 1,500 lbs) and may not be available for all equipment.
