We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works.
Return Eligibility
- Return request made within 30 days of delivery
- Equipment must be unused and unassembled
- Equipment must be in original packaging with all included parts and documentation
- Equipment must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order equipment
- Equipment that has been used, assembled, or modified
- Equipment with missing parts or damaged packaging (not due to shipping)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the equipment.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs. Equipment must be shipped back in its original packaging on a pallet or in a crate suitable for freight transport. We can help coordinate return shipping if needed — contact us for a freight quote.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at (888) 341-7800 or team@tillerequipment.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the equipment back with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Wire transfer: 5–7 business days
Damaged or Defective Equipment
If your equipment arrives damaged or is defective, note damage on the freight delivery receipt, take photos immediately, and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return freight.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the equipment has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
